- 4+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, IT Operations, or Observability .
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace administration and monitoring .
- Experience with Dynatrace OneAgent, dashboards, alerting, tagging, and Synthetic Monitoring .
- Hands-on with DQL, Grail, Davis AI, Dynatrace API/Workflows .
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD .
- Strong troubleshooting, RCA, incident management, and production support experience.
- Experience with Linux/Windows and cloud-native applications .
- ServiceNow/ITIL and SRE best practices are preferred.
- Strong communication and team leadership/mentoring skills.
