Summary of Responsibilities:
Jessie Trice Community Health System is seeking a motivated & compassionate Registered Nurse with experience in OB. Nurse will provide leadership for assigned staff in accordance with the organizations culture and strategic objectives. Demonstrates practices consistent with evidence-based practice on leadership. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes; Provide education and support to patients and their families
Develops, manages and maintains a system of delivering appropriate quality and cost-effective services to promote confidence and support the patients and that meets all regulatory requirements including patient safety standards.
Details of Education and Skills:
Associates Degree in Nursing, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred form an accredited learning institution.
Current and clear State of Florida Registered Nurse License
Knowledge of Primary Care Medical Home standards and requirements is a plus.
Excellent customer service is needed.
Must be computer literate with working knowledge in Electronic Health Records (EPIC) or similar.
Special Requirement:
Current BLS certificate from American Heart Association
Bilingual ( English/ Spanish or Creole) is a plus
