Job Location: SC - Mount Pleasant - Mount Pleasant, SC 29464
- Plant knowledge and passion to help customers with their garden or landscaping needs,
- Customer-service driven and a critical eye to notice when customers need assistance or merchandise needs attention.
- Creativity to display plants and garden accessories to demonstrate design ideas,
- Care with tending to our lush plants, shrubs, trees and
- Complete Cashier, Sales Associate and Department Head duties as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1 year of retail experience in a garden center or nursery. Lead or supervisory experience a big plus.
- Computer proficiency with inventory control and point-of-sale software. Epicor (point-of-sale) and Microsoft Office experience are highly desired.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with a high attention to detail.
- Available to work some evenings and at least one weekend day.
- Physical requirements: work outside in summer/winter temperatures, standing or walking during shift, lifting up to 50lbs, bending, pushing/pulling, etc.
