American Family Care is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality urgent and primary care in our fast-paced clinic. You will evaluate and treat walk-in patients of all ages, perform exams and minor procedures, order and interpret on-site labs and x-rays, prescribe medications, and document care in the EMR. Working within a supportive team, you’ll deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care, collaborate with physicians and staff, and help improve community health across AFC’s growing national network.
