Overview
Medi-Weightloss of Franklin, TN is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a part-time / PRN role at our Franklin clinic. This position is ideal for a provider looking for a consistent Saturday schedule, with the option to add one or two additional weekdays based on availability. Schedule

Clinical Responsibilities
- Obtain and review patient medical and psychosocial history relevant to care
- Conduct physical examinations according to Medi-Weightloss guidelines
- Order and review laboratory studies and diagnostic procedures, including ECGs
- Provide preventive medicine counseling, program counseling, and product and supplement education
- Prescribe medications in accordance with collaborative practice agreements
- Document patient care and medication management accurately in the EMR
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare professionals or facilities when needed
- Conduct follow-up calls to review progress and address patient concerns
General Responsibilities
- Review Weight Tracker Reports, Slipping Reports, and assigned KPIs to support clinical oversight
- Collaborate with clinic staff to maintain high standards of patient care
- Participate in ongoing training and clinical education initiatives
- Support clinic operations through quality improvement and patient experience initiatives
- Assist with implementation of new programs, services, and clinical offerings as needed

Licensure and Certification Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Active Tennessee license or ability to obtain
- DEA certification preferred
