Your Daily Contributions

• Carrying out detailed patient evaluations, ordering essential diagnostic procedures, and creating tailored care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic health issues in coordination with medical professionals or as an independent provider (depending on credentials)
• Providing wellness education and guidance on disease prevention to patients and their families
• Prescribing treatment and medications in line with your professional scope
• Engaging in patient follow-up and chronic care management initiatives
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Accurately documenting patient information in electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications Required

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Essential Certifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Washington
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the ability to acquire within 90 days)
