The Practice: Mayfair Internal Medicine/Colorado Physician Partners seeks 1 APP to join our well established clinic with 1 Physician and 1 APP. The Position:
- 1.0FTE opportunity – 36 patient facing hours/week
- 10-18 patients per day
- Shared call schedule

Qualifications:
- Master of Science degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- ANCC or AANP Certification
- Provider must meet employer credentialing standards
