We’re seeking a Nurse Manager – Labor & Delivery to lead clinical operations, develop high-performing teams, and advance quality and patient safety within a high-volume maternal care environment.

  • Lead a high-volume Labor & Delivery program with approximately 550-600 births each month, supported by 30 L&D beds, a 9-bed OB ED, and 4 OB operating rooms

  • Be part of innovative programs including TEAMBirth, doula support, cultural navigation, and addiction recovery services for pregnant and laboring patient

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the clinical and operational activities of Labor & Delivery, including staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and daily unit performance
  • Drive patient safety, quality improvement, patient satisfaction, and evidence-based maternal care initiatives
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and retain nursing teams while supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and professional development
  • Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, collaboration, and culturally responsive care while maintaining regulatory and professional standards

What We’re Looking For

  • BSN required, or ADN with commitment to obtain BSN within 2 years
  • Active Washington RN License
  • Current AHA BLS Certification
  • Minimum 3 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
  • Minimum 2 years of Charge RN, Supervisory, or Management experience in Labor & Delivery
