Integrative Emergency Services (IES) is now hiring Board Certified (ABEM/AOBEM) Emergency Medicine (EM) NOCTURNIST to join the team in the ED at AdventHealth Port Charlotte.
Emergency Department:
- Volume: 30,400
- ED Beds: 34
- Admission Rate: 25%
- Transfer Rate: 2%; largely trauma, Neurosurgery and Pediatrics
- Nocturnist Coverage: 9p-6a
- EHR: Epic
- Pay Model: RVU, avg $260+/hr, offering unlimited earning potential for productivity-driven providers, and $600 bonus per shift
- SIGN-ON BONUS AUTHORIZED
Hospital: (Strong specialty support)
- Cardiovascular Surgery/Cardiothoracic Surgery (run the codes outside of ED)
- Interventional Cardiology
- Internal Medicine/Geriatrics
- Orthopedics
Required Qualifications
- Florida license, and DEA
- ACLS, ATLS, BLS & PALS
Eligible on first clinical shift for full-time W2 positions (full-time is an avg of 120hrs/month)
- 401K with immediately vested company match of 100% for first 3% salary deferral and 50% for 4-5% salary deferral (annual company maximum match of $14,000)
