Responsibilities
- Perform admissions, splitting responsibility with an APP
- Play a pivotal role in the rapid response team
- Attend weekly huddles and monthly team meetings
- Participate in lunch-and-learn sessions to stay current on medical developments
Compensation
- The base salary for a full-time nocturnist is $319,000, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses and growth
- Additional compensation is paid for shifts worked above full-time commitment

Requirements
- Board-certified in internal medicine or family medicine
- Hospitalist experience required
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Comfortable with a nocturnal schedule
- Ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours
- Certified in basic life support and advanced cardiovascular life support
