Network Wireless Engineer L3 Aruba & Arista WirelessThe position of a Network Wireless L3 is responsible for the ongoing wireless network operations management to provide 24x7 support. The ideal candidate will have deep experience of networking technologies, such as wireless networking routing, switching and security; managing heterogeneous environment & generate metrics related to Network performance, capacity, availability, failure rates, and will also have a strong background in network performance management, service delivery and strategic operations planning with a strong technical orientation & creative in problem solving.Key responsibilities include:Provide tier-3 (expert level) operational support for Cisco Wireless, Arista Wireless, Wireless LAN Controllers, and Cloud Controllers to resolve critical business issues that require deep wireless network troubleshooting techniques and performance analysisIndependently own the Wireless Network Infrastructure support solving complex issues and suggest design modifications as appropriateEnsure SLAs are metResponsible for performance analysis, proactive troubleshooting, and capacity planning for the Wireless Network platformsPerform monitoring and maintenance of overall environment working with experienced team membersPerform change controls. Update process documentation and team portalsParticipate in troubleshooting, capacity planning and analysis, performance analysis & Root Cause AnalysisCommunicate with peers and managers regarding system issues & participate in 24x7 on-callAutomate operational tasks to make processes simpler and more robustAbility to handle multiple complex tasks in a dynamic environment, with tight deadlines concurrentlyRefresh heat-maps and operations plans for campus networks, and all WLAN, LAN connectivityMonitor and analyze statistical data to develop improvement plans for Wireless network and application performanceProvide an effective Wireless network capacity planDevelop and monitor global weekly and monthly trending reports by business sectors to justify future growthAdditional Responsibilities Include:Oversees the management of service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors and service providersOversees and directs all aspects of the 24/7/365 mission critical network/telecommunication infrastructure operations; including planning, supporting, and maintaining functionsServes as the senior-level escalation point for network operations to resolve critical incidentsMaintains policy and procedures manual, conducts monthly service review meetings with key stakeholders, and drive vendor governanceProvides leadership, management, direction, and technical oversight for the network operations departmentRequired Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree, or related qualificationCertifications is a must (CCNA Wireless, CCNP Wireless, Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP), ACMX)Minimum 10+ years of working in a Wireless Network / Telecommunications role, with expert level experience with Wi-Fi technologies - Cisco Wireless & Arista & ArubaHand on Experience of working on Cisco, Arista and Aruba Wireless TechnologiesHand on Experience of working on managing Cisco Prime, Wireless LAN Controllers, Cloud based LAN ControllersExperience of conducting Wireless Site SurveysExperience of working on Wireless Standards 802.11 (a,b,dg,n,x), WIFI6Experience with technologies such as: Cisco/Arista / Aruba Fabric Path.

Extensive support of Routing Protocols/Technologies such BGP, OSPF, Logical Overlay, IOS-XR, MPLS VPN, MulticastStrong understanding of application communication methodologiesAbility to perform TCP/IP Network traces/packet captures with solid experience interpreting resultsHigh level of confidence and competence communicating on bridgesSolid background in vendor management to drive incident resolutionExperience with monitoring tools and strategiesExecute and analyze packet captures using Wireshark and other related technologiesPerform or participate in complex maintenance or deployment activitiesCreate or modify documentation in response to new events and learningsRoutinely provide constructive feedback for improvement opportunitiesAbility to coordinate and direct activities across multiple teamsExcellent customer focus and engagement skillsAbility to develop solutions within a complex operational environmentExcellent verbal and written communications skillsAdvanced knowledge of technical/business environment and problem-determination strategiesDevelops and maintains standard operating procedure manual and processes used by the team
