Job TitleJob InformationDate Opened 05/06/2026Job Type: Full timeIndustry: TechnologyCity: SeattleState/Province: WashingtonCountry: United StatesZip/Postal Code: 98101Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities/DutiesPerform senior level network and systems administration in a multi-platform, multi-location, hybrid work environmentParticipate in all aspects of planning, developing, implementing, upgrading, administering and securing network premise and cloud infrastructureApply safeguards and other measures to protect the security, availability and integrity of company data, systems, networks and applications; perform regular monitoring to verify the integrity, security and availability of systems and networksDevelop, implement and follow preventative maintenance plans and procedures, as well as disaster recovery plans; administer the backup program, perform test and live restoresAnalyze, diagnose and repair server, network and other system or application failures; troubleshoot and resolve other IT issuesDevelop and maintain technical skills so they are current with existing and emerging technologies and practicesEffectively manage IT projectsResearch, evaluate, propose, develop, implement and administer system enhancements, workflow improvements and other solutions that support business needsWork with other departments to understand and support their IT needs; provide technical support and guidance to usersCoordinate activities with vendors and othersParticipate in the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, documentation and training materialsParticipate in the development and application of IT budgets and work plans; purchase and maintain records for approved IT hardware, software, support and serviceFollow IT security best practices and participate in efforts to meet compliance standards, including PCI DSSDeliver quality customer service while remaining security-mindedBack up and support other IT staff as neededCollaborate with other team members to foster a positive and productive culture and contribute toward the overall growthOther duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without noticeRequired Skills/AbilitiesWorking knowledge of scripting tools and command shells (e.g. CMD, PowerShell, Bash) requiredExpert level understanding of TCP/IP protocols and advanced IT networking concepts required.

Experience with IPv6 a plusFive years experience in network and systems administration in a fast-paced business environment required; ability to perform senior level network and systems administration in a multi-platform (Windows, Linux, Mac) environment requiredExperience with planning, implementing, administering and securing network infrastructure including network security appliances, routers, managed switches, wireless access points, servers, workstations, peripherals, cabling and other equipment.

Experience with Sonicwall, Aruba, Fortinet and Cisco products a plusExperience with network monitoring and log aggregation tools preferredExperience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning; experience with the administration of backup solutions requiredExperience implementing, upgrading and administering Windows Servers, including Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server and Hyper-V required; experience administering Microsoft cloud products including Azure, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online and InTune preferredExperience supporting and administering Linux distributions and open-source databases (CentOS, MySQL, etc.) requiredExperience administering AWS tools (e.g. Route 53; S3; EC2) preferredExperience administering a variety of database-driven business applications (e.g. Salesforce), including configuring and supporting integrations with other systems and applications preferredExperience with workstation imaging and deployment solutions and automated application deployment tools preferredExperience deploying and maintaining VoIP solutions and supporting mobile devices and applications preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to perform work duties under stress and time pressuresAbility to travel to remote sites periodicallyAbility to work some evenings, weekends, holidays and on-call shiftsAbility to lift and carry 30 pounds unassistedAbility to climb, twist, bend, kneel, crawl and reach above head as requiredAbility to sit and type on a keyboard for long periods of timeKnowledge of and ability to use a variety of hand tools to support IT workAbility to work in noisy, cold environment periodically
