We help build "networks" of healthcare providers - meaning doctors, hospitals, etc. Not connecting computer systems.AI proficiency - this comes first.We expect:Advanced prompting and the ability to build structured, context-rich workflowsActive use of project folders inside your AI accountsCustom configuration of AI tools including system prompts, custom GPT's, and workspace settings, personal preference settings, skills, use of connectors, additions to your account knowledge base.Integration of AI across daily tasks including research, documentation, and outreachAgent or automation building is a strong differentiator -- tell us if you have built anything and what code editor did you use.ResponsibilitiesConduct outreach to physicians, specialists, and facilities to support network adequacy and gap closureNegotiate and execute provider contracts in alignment with health plan requirementsManage provider records and pipeline activity in CRMPrepare market reports, correspondence, and contract documentationCollaborate with internal teams on network submissions and deliverablesQualifications2+ years of experience in provider network development or managed care contractingFamiliarity with provider data, specialty types, and health plan network standardsCRM experience (HubSpot or similar)Strong communication and negotiation skillsMinneapolis, MN area preferredNote on applications:Submissions are evaluated in our applicant scoring system.
