Role Overview

We are seeking an Infrastructure Program Manager to lead enterprise infrastructure deliverables from initiation through closure. This role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams across networking, storage, security, cloud, and data center operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise infrastructure deliverables from initiation through closure.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams across networking, storage, security, cloud, and data center operations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver large‑scale data center compute and storage deployments, migrations, and refresh initiatives.
  • Configure and troubleshoot QOS, VLANs, and ACLs using tools like Netflow and Solarwinds.
  • Assist in network and equipment problem troubleshooting.
  • Manage changes in a complex network environment using Infoblox and Bind platforms.
  • Support network design and security, including device hardening, IDS/IPS, SIEM, firewalls, and vulnerability assessment.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience at the enterprise level, with a strong understanding of server, virtualization, storage, and networking technologies.
  • Experience working in data center network environments, with a strong background in Leaf & Spine architecture.
  • Proven experience with Juniper and Arista hardware switches, including QFx5120/5130 series.
  • Working experience with HPE Aruba, 3com, H3C, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Checkpoint firewalls.
  • Experience with SDN and SD‑WAN products and services.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of networking components including TCP/IP, Routing, DNS, DDNS, DHCP, F5 LTM, GTM, SSH, and VPNs.
  • Proficiency with IP routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF, as well as RIP, IP Multicast, and MPLS.
  • Thorough understanding of Ethernet VPN‑Virtual Extensible LAN (EVPN‑VXLAN) architecture.
  • Experience with both IPv4 and IPv6 is required.
  • Familiarity with structured cabling systems and network facilities.
