Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Network Analyst to support a large enterprise network environment. This position will focus heavily on Cisco networking, route/switch, wireless troubleshooting, and network security. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting Cisco switches, routers, VPNs, and wireless infrastructure.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 5+ years of Network Analyst/Network Engineering experience in a large enterprise environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco route/switch and wireless networking
- 3+ years supporting Cisco switches, ASR/ISR routers, VPNs, and wireless infrastructure
- Strong wireless troubleshooting experience
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN, OSPF, EIGRP, Spanning Tree, and network security
Nice to Have:
- CCNA, CCNP, or CWNA certification
- Healthcare or 24/7 enterprise environment experience
- Cisco ISE, Nexus, ASA, Firepower, or Palo Alto experience
- Ekahau or AirMagnet wireless survey experience
What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot complex wireless, routing, switching, and connectivity issues
- Configure and support enterprise Cisco network infrastructure
- Monitor and optimize network performance
- Support network upgrades, deployments, and infrastructure projects
- Partner with engineering, security, and technical teams to resolve network issues
