Salary: $150,000 - $185,000 Base Salary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead NetSuite configuration, implementation, and deployment activities
- Review project plans, business requirements, and solution designs
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to translate business processes into scalable NetSuite solutions
- Configure and optimize NetSuite Financials, Procurement, and Inventory Management modules
- Coordinate testing, validation, user acceptance testing, and training efforts
- Support global entity onboarding and multi-subsidiary implementations
- Drive successful go-live execution and user adoption initiatives
- Evaluate project deliverables and ensure implementation milestones are achieved
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization
- Recommend long-term support, administration, and governance strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of NetSuite ERP implementation experience
- Experience leading at least one full-cycle NetSuite implementation
- Strong knowledge of:
- NetSuite Financial Management
- Procurement
- Inventory Management
- Multi-Entity / OneWorld environments
- Experience integrating NetSuite with third-party and custom applications
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- CPA, Accounting background, or related certification preferred
- NetSuite certifications strongly preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
