D’Youville – DSC seeks a compassionate Music Therapist to design and deliver therapeutic music programming for seniors in long‑term care, rehab, memory care, and assisted living. In this role, you will assess residents’ cognitive, physical, emotional, and social needs and create individual and group music therapy sessions that reduce anxiety, support memory, and enhance quality of life. You will collaborate closely with nursing, rehab, activities, and social work staff, document treatment goals and outcomes, and communicate with families.
