No remote/telework arrangement is available for this position.

Applicants must have the ability to obtain a US Government Secret security clearance.The Munitions Program Manager 2 will be responsible for delivery of all contractual requirements on cost and on schedule, while achieving all technical requirements and creating customer intimacy to develop further opportunities. This role requires deep technical expertise in munitions, proven program management acumen, and the ability to operate within a secure, classified environment. Success hinges on building deep, trusted relationships with customers, nurturing high performing cross functional teams, and unlocking new business opportunities. Government contracts or comparable project management roles; or a Master's degree with 6 + years of likewise experienceExperience as a Project Lead, IPT Lead, or Cost Account Manager delivering cost, schedule, and performance results with teams of 5 + personnel.Proficiency with MS Project, SAP/ERP, and Earned Value Management toolsStrong communication and people centric leadership skillsAbility to obtain a US Government Secret security clearancePreferred Qualifications:Degree in Science, Engineering, or Business.Knowledge of fuze types (proximity, impact, time, programmable), warhead design (high explosive, shaped charge, kinetic), safety & arming devices, and test range operationsExperience in aerospace/defense, DoD, or NASA programs.PMP® certification.Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.Active security clearance.
