MS D365 Technical ConsultantLocation: Santa Ana, CA (Onsite)Duration: Long TermJob Description:• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9), including configuration capabilities and features.• Proficiency in entity customization, workflow creation, form design, and data import/export within Microsoft Dynamics.• Experience developing and deploying custom coded C# processes.• Capable of reading and writing JavaScript, HTML, & SQL.• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutioning & best practices.• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).• Basic understanding of Azure Data Factory (ADF) & Logic Apps.• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, delivering high-quality results within deadlines.• Experience with Zendesk & Jira is a plus• Microsoft Dynamics certifications, such as MB-210: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant or equivalent, are desirable but not mandatory
