Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check, MVR, DOT Physical, and drug screen
- Capability to lift and maneuver 75+ lbs, including stairs and obstacles
- No theft charges or felony offenses within the past 7 years
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekdays and weekends
- Smartphone ownership and proficiency in its use
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and teamwork, even if it requires longer hours
Responsibilities
- Operate moving trucks safely, ensuring secure transportation of items

- Navigate routes efficiently, complying with traffic laws
- Address challenges and customer concerns professionally and compassionately
- Conduct pre-trip inspections for safety and reliability
- Communicate effectively with team and customers, providing updates
- Train and mentor new team members, instilling the "hardest worker" ethos
