As a key player on the team you will leverage your expertise to work with existing Wealthfront clients providing excellent service and guiding them through the process with the support of our innovative technology and tools. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of a cutting-edge team in a rapidly growing environment.ResponsibilitiesReviews loan file and gathers any items needed for final loan approvalLiaison between all operational and sales departments in the transactionOrders supporting documentationEvaluates loan applications for reasonableness and, if needed, escalates files for further evaluationPrioritizes daily workload to ensure a delightful client experienceManages a full pipeline of assigned loans, driving files from disclosures signed through closing.Excellent client communication skillsCommunicates with third party vendors throughout the loan process to finalize the applicationEnsures adherence to investor and regulatory guidelinesProactively maintain loan pipeline, tasks and objectivesAdopts Company values in work behaviors, decision making, contributions and interpersonal interactions.Contributes to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations and influencing others to reward performance, accountability, diversity and inclusion, flexibility, continuous development, collaboration, creativity and funExpertiseCustomer-focused, business-centric, and team-oriented mindset; relentlessly passionate about finding and completing valuable workStrong working knowledge of Federal and state regulations including TRID and HMDADeep understanding of mortgage loan products and underwriting guidelinesSelf-driven with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyExcellent organizational skills, able to set and meet deadlines in a high paced environmentDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively and influence positive outcomes at all levels of an organizationIntellectually curious and interested in applying technology to enhance business processesPrior experience in retail mortgage loan processingExcellent communication skills focusing on both internal and external communicationsOpenness to adapting to industry changesRequirements4+ years mortgage processing experience in a retail environmentMortgage Loan Originator License preferred (or ability to obtain in 90 days)Knowledge of Conventional Conforming and Jumbo guidelinesExperience in the non-delegated spaceExperience at a mortgage broker preferredUnderstanding of state and federal lending regulationsExtensive knowledge and understanding of customer service and intrapersonal best practicesEstimated annual salary range: $56,000 - $70,000 plus Equity and a discretionary bonus.Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401K plan, generous time off, parental leave, wellness reimbursements, professional development, employee investing discount, and more!Here at Wealthfront, our mission is to create a financial system that favors people, not institutions.
