Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Mobile Engineer to support the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of facility equipment across multiple locations. Our team is looking for a technically capable professional who can help keep building systems running safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, monitoring, and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Travel between multiple facilities to support proper operation and functionality.
• Manage preventative maintenance, purchasing and inventory control, contracted maintenance oversight, and general maintenance activities.
• Inspect equipment, record readings, make adjustments, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Ability to analyze commercial or industrial mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, diagnose malfunctions, and perform corrective actions.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification, working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and a valid driver’s license.
