Our client, a leading facilities management organization, is seeking Mobile HVAC Technicianto join their team. As aMobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Facilities Operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility HVAC equipment across various systems.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor equipment operation, record readings, and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain safety standards by following departmental policies for hazardous materials and workplace safety.
• Coordinate with outside contractors, monitor work quality, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 5 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• EPA 608 UniversalCertification.
• Proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
