Job Title: Mobile Engineer Rochester, New York (On-Site) We are seeking a skilled Mobile Engineer to support the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of facility equipment across multiple locations. Our team is looking for a technically capable professional who can help keep building systems running safely, efficiently, and reliably. Perform maintenance, monitoring, and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems. Travel between multiple facilities to support proper operation and functionality. Manage preventative maintenance, purchasing and inventory control, contracted maintenance oversight, and general maintenance activities. Inspect equipment, record readings, make adjustments, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. High School Diploma or equivalent.
5–7 years of relevant work experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
Ability to analyze commercial or industrial mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, diagnose malfunctions, and perform corrective actions.
EPA 608 Type II Certification, working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and a valid driver's license.
