Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate: Lead Case Strategy

The Detroit office of Fisher Phillips is seeking a Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of litigation experience to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will manage substantive case responsibilities with increasing independence and lead in case strategy, client communications, discovery, and motions.

Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, managing discovery (including e-discovery), drafting and arguing motions, taking depositions, and participating in mediations.
