About The Role
At Dlytica, we’re building modern data solutions that power industries across banking, telecom, and government. We’re looking for a Mid-Level Data Engineer who is passionate about designing, building, and optimizing scalable data pipelines — and eager to grow in a collaborative, agile environment.
This role offers you the chance to work hands-on with large-scale data systems, modern cloud infrastructure, and real business challenges. You’ll be joining a dynamic team that values innovation, mentorship, and impact.
What You’ll Work On
- Design and develop robust ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data
- Optimize data workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability
- Integrate data from diverse sources and deliver to downstream systems
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and clients across sprint-based projects
- Support cloud deployments and automate data processes using orchestration tools
Our Tech Stack
- Programming: Python, SQL
- Data Tools: Apache Spark, Airflow
- Cloud: AWS or Azure
- Pipelines: ETL/ELT automation
- Development Approach: Agile/Scrum with sprint cycles
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in data engineering or a related role
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, cloud platforms, and orchestration tools
- Experience working with big data tools like Spark or Airflow
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS or Azure preferred)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile work environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Bonus: Experience working on international or client-facing projects
