Service Portal experience will be an added advantage.Prime Responsibilities Will Include:Closely work with customers onsite.Collect the requirements from the customer and implement solutions to support the 360-degree view of customer data.Work with Technical Architects and other team members collaboratively, involve in planning and solution discussions.Own the Application and deal with the production issues and requests.
