Work on some of the most exciting transactions on the planet with cutting-edge companies in the technology and life sciences space. As a lead associate, you will have 6-8 years of Mergers & Acquisitions experience, particularly in one or more of the areas of public and private company mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions. Ideally, you would also have experience drafting definitive transaction agreements, leading the M&A team and supervising more junior M&A associates, and leading negotiations with transaction counterparties.
