We are seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection installations on high-end, mid-rise multifamily developments throughout Miami.
The successful candidate will work closely with the project team and trade contractors to ensure MEP systems are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily MEP activities and subcontractor coordination.
- Manage MEP installation schedules, sequencing, and inspections.
- Identify and resolve clashes between MEP systems and structural/architectural elements.
- Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, engineers, and inspectors.
- Monitor quality, safety, testing, commissioning, and project closeout.
- Ensure MEP installations meet project specifications and applicable codes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of MEP construction supervision experience.
- Experience delivering mid-rise or high-rise multifamily, condominium, or hospitality projects.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple MEP subcontractors.
- Strong communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
- South Florida construction experience preferred.
