MEP QA/Cx Lead - Owner's Rep

KALCON is seeking an MEP QA/Cx Manager (Owner’s Representative) to oversee QA/QC of MEP systems across design, construction, startup, commissioning, and turnover of semiconductor facilities in Oregon. You will coordinate with clients, design-build teams, and contractors to ensure conformance with drawings, specs, and project requirements.

This role requires 7+ years in MEP design/construction, strong BIM and field QA skills, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Autodesk Construction
