Member Experience Specialist

Sam's West, Inc. in Honolulu, HI is seeking a front-end associate to provide member service, operate the checkout area, and process purchases. You will resolve member issues, handle payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies while maintaining a safe shopping environment.

The role includes assisting with self-service technology, guiding members, stocking and organizing merchandise, and supporting training for Frontline Services associates as needed.
