As we continue to grow our Denver office, we are seeking a Search Consultant/Recruiter to join our team. Proactively engage attorney candidates through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn to introduce opportunities and generate interest. Coordinate and manage candidates through the interview process, serving as a point of contact and providing ongoing communication and follow-up. At least three years of recruiting experience. A strategic thinker who approaches candidate outreach and interactions thoughtfully. Curiosity and a willingness to learn about the legal industry and attorney career opportunities.
