Overview
Medical Director to join our newly formed Greater Denver Gastroenterology group. This position will cover St. Anthony, St. Anthony North and Longmont.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and managerial health care leadership, problem-solve, communicate and strategically plan the development of the medical staff and clinic.
- Confirm compliance of medical staff with all state and federal requirements.
- Interact with the Clinic Administrator and Assistant Administrator, the CMG efficiencies across assigned region.
Qualifications
- Doctorate (MD or DO) in Medicine required
- Current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in applicable state required
- Strong track record of recruitment, retention of talent and leadership development.
- Experience with leading and redirecting talent as needed.
- Strong ability to lead in a changing environment. Budgetary, P&L and Quality Assurance experience for a physician practice

Pay Range: $177.00 / hour
