The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all planned mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing equipment reliability.ResponsibilitiesSupervise, lead, and motivate a team of mechanical maintenance technicians.Schedule, plan, and coordinate all planned mechanical maintenance activities, including preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and records.Conduct regular inspections and assessments of mechanical equipment to identify maintenance needs and opportunities for improvement.Oversee the maintenance of mechanical equipment, including motors, pumps, conveyors, and gearboxes.Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.Monitor and optimize equipment performance and reliability.Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance technicians.Collaborate with other maintenance teams to optimize maintenance strategies and resource allocation.Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
