We are seeking experienced Mechanical Assemblers who thrive in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves assembling aluminum components and systems used in large-scale construction projects, with a focus on prepping materials and production supplies for the morning shift.ResponsibilitiesAssemble aluminum components and systems for construction projects.Prepare materials and production supplies for the morning shift.Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for assembly tasks.Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for assembly work.Ensure precision in measurements by using a tape measure.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.Essential Skills1+ years of experience as a Mechanical Assembler.Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.Ability to read a tape measure accurately.Strong coachability, good attitude, and reliability.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with aluminum or metal assembly/fabrication.Ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments during assembly.Familiarity with quality inspection processes.Experience in construction-related manufacturing environments.Why Work Here?This company provides a startup-like environment with ample room for growth, depending on individual long-term goals.
