Job TitleHours: Monday – Friday 1st shift: 6am-2pmEssential FunctionsSetup the production equipment and supplies before executing the job orders.Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.Perform warehouse responsibilitiesInspect equipment to identify any replacements, malfunctions, and repairs.Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation.Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety.Forklift experience/ CertificationAccurately loads material and meticulously monitors machine's process and finished product.Properly completes production paperwork and utilizes a barcoding system.Reviews and follows shipping order instructions and specifications.Ability to operate an air compressed bander.Ability to read packaging instructions on work orders.Expected to be able to handle tasks/cross-train to help the company meet its goals.Required Education and ExperienceEducation and/or experience – High School degree or equivalent. Prior experience or training in a related field or manufacturing environment preferred.Math – Must be able to use and understand simple mathematics, using addition, subtraction, fractions and decimals.
