This role is responsible for ensuring production lines are stocked, materials are handled efficiently, and safety and quality standards are consistently met.What You'll DoOperate powered industrial equipment including forklift, tugger, and cherry pickerStock and organize materials to support production and inventory controlDeliver materials to production lines and ensure full line readinessMaintain FIFO inventory rotation and proper material sequencingSupport plant housekeeping, recycling, and material organization initiativesMonitor and report equipment issues and complete daily inspectionsParticipate in inventory counts and material reorganization activitiesWho You AreHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredPowered Industrial Truck certificationAbility to operate material handling equipment in manufacturing environmentBasic math and documentation skillsFamiliarity with automotive quality standards is a plusAbility to follow safety procedures and work standardsHealth, Safety, Physical & Travel RequirementsAbility to stand, sit, and move throughout a manufacturing environmentAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to work at heights up to 25 feetFrequent bending, lifting, climbing, and reachingNo travel requiredLife at DakkotaOur success is rooted in meaningful relationships and a culture that feels like family.
