Water/Wastewater Master Planning & Modeling Project ManagerFreese and Nichols is seeking a Water/Wastewater Master Planning & Modeling Project Manager based in one of our Central Plains Offices; Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Rogers, Arkansas or Overland Park, Kansas. As Master Planning & Modeling Project Manager you will manage and lead technical tasks, develop scope/fee and support business development activities, including proposal development for water/wastewater master planning and hydraulic modeling projects.Responsibilities include:Leading multiple project teams for municipal water and wastewater studies, such as: water and wastewater master plans, water distribution and sewer collection system hydraulic modeling, water quality modeling in distribution systems and asset managementProviding technical expertise and guidance to project teamsWorking with utilities to solve complex issues and develop capital improvement plansQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental EngineeringLicensed Professional Engineer in Oklahoma, Arkansas or Kansas4+ years of related experiencePreferred:Expertise with hydraulic modeling software, such as Innovyze products (InfoWater, InfoWorks ICM SE, InfoSewer, InfoSWMM, H2OSURGE, InfoAsset Planner) and/or Bentley products (SewerGEMS, WaterGEMS, Hammer)Experience with GIS applications in water and wastewater planningExperience in client development, sales/marketing, proposal developmentExcellent communication skills, both technical writing and verbal
