Marketing Automation Specialist-North America

Marketing Automation Specialist - NAMERIn this role, you will be responsible for producing Marketing Automation campaigns that drive engagement and help achieve revenue goals for the region. This will include engagement with regional field marketers and demand generation team. This candidate will become an expert in Marketing Automation campaign design, workflow and campaign configuration, including feeders, emails, landing pages, forms, and segmentations.Primary Responsibilities:Support regional Marketing Automation campaign requests from intake to activation - Manage a plan of record for campaign execution and deliveryConfigure Marketing Automation campaigns including canvas, feeders, emails, landing pages, forms, and segmentations.Collaborate with the field marketing teams to define, review and collect campaign requirements/deliverables for Marketing Automation campaign production.Prepare offline marketing campaign data for system importsPerform data manipulation; standardization, normalization and re-formatting data in an automated or manual capacity including MS Access, MS Excel, Notepad, etc.Proactively suggest data stewardship process and technology improvementsStay on top of industry knowledge, best practices and trends as it pertains to marketing automationComplete other duties as requiredQualifications and Skills:Attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously, adjust to multiple demands and meet deadlines.Thrive in ambiguous and/or fluid business conditions with a positive attitudeAbility to be concise and clearly communicate electronically and orallyTime management and project management are critical skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyAppreciation and comfortable with International cultures and settingsExperience with data manipulation in MS Excel; intermediate to advanced level1-2 years of experience with Marketing Automation systems, Pardot preferredBachelor's Degree (Business Management, Marketing or related field preferred) or equivalent work experience required.Bonus: Front-End Web Development including HTML, CSS, JavaScriptKeywords: Eloqua, Hubspot, Marketo, PardotLocation: Sunnyvale, CA, United States or RemoteFortinet offers employees a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k), 11 paid holidays, vacation time, and sick time as well as a comprehensive leave program.Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level.

Earnings for this position are expected to be $80,500-$89,400 Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.All roles are eligible to participate in the Fortinet equity program, Bonus eligibility is reviewed at time of hire and annually at the Company's discretion
