About the role
The Market Expansion Lead for Miami is responsible for growing Speedy Sticks' presence across South Florida — building referral relationships with medical practices, concierge providers, and wellness programs, while also supporting local phlebotomist recruitment and onboarding.
What you will do
- Develop and manage relationships with physicians, clinics, and health systems across the Miami metro
- Identify and close partnerships with direct‑to‑consumer labs and wellness program operators
- Support local phlebotomist recruitment in coordination with our field operations team
- Represent Speedy Sticks at local health events and industry meetups
- Report on pipeline activity, new accounts, and volume growth to the leadership team
Compensation
