Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marine Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of a complex technical initiative. This role involves overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle-from initial planning through final delivery-ensuring alignment with business objectives, quality standards, and timelines.
In this role, you will serve as the central point of coordination across internal teams and external partners, managing logistics, resources, and communications to drive successful outcomes. Duties:Develop comprehensive project plans detailing scope, objectives, tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and budgetProvide work specifications to the purchasing department for bidding processes in alignment with standardsIdentify and source materials to meet client requirementsDefine or review Project Execution Plans proposed by installation companiesOrganize and supervise logistics for project executionOversee implementation, monitor progress, manage resources, and resolve issuesIdentify and mitigate project risksMaintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleLiaise with Technical Operations to gather requirements and feedbackCoordinate with third-party vendors, including equipment manufacturersProvide regular reporting on all project activities to the clientEnsure final deliverables meet quality standards and project objectivesRequirements: To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed.
