This role supports semiconductor manufacturing operations by working closely with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot process issues, improve manufacturing performance, and ensure product quality. The person will set up and qualify assembly equipment, monitor process controls, respond to quality concerns, and help drive improvements in safety, quality, output, and cost.
They will also train and support factory operators in a cleanroom environment while using statistical tools such as SPC and DOE to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes.
