Your Key Responsibilities as Manufacturing Engineer:
- Drive projects throughout the value stream
- Work with teams and manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas for improvement
- Work with other engineers to develop requirements and recommendations for large, complex processes and systems.
Minimum requirements for this Manufacturing Engineer:
- At least 3 years' experience in manufacturing or process improvement roles
- Experience in electrical maintenance, CNC experience and machine programming
- Experience with Process improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma
- Like being out on the production floor & not behind a desk!
- Proven skills at collaboration, managing time, & excellent communication skills
- Looking for candidates with experience in the electronics industry or metal fabrication industry.
