Manufacturing Engineering Manager
We are partnering with a medical device contract manufacturer in Northeast Tennessee to identify a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join their team.

To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Biomedical preferred)
- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering leadership experience or recognized expertise in molding engineering
- Medical device manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Experience with insert molding and overmolding processes
- Strong understanding of mold design and the ability to evaluate and approve Engineering Change Requests (ECRs)
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Highly organized, hands‑on problem solver who enjoys being on the manufacturing floor and working directly with operations teams
