Core Duties

Education and Background

- At least 8 years of professional engineering experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Background working within the automation, manufacturing, or material handling sectors.
- A history of successfully directing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing intricate projects.
- Practical knowledge of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing frameworks.
