Hartzell Propeller is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production of advanced composite and metal aircraft propeller systems in Piqua, OH. In this on-site role, you will design, document, and optimize manufacturing processes for safety, quality, and efficiency.
Responsibilities include developing work instructions and routings, specifying tooling and fixtures, supporting CNC and composite operations, and leading root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects. You will collaborate closely with design, quality, and production teams to launch new products, reduce variation and scrap, and uphold aerospace standards.
