is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionJob Description:-At least 7 years of experience in Mantas technical solutions/capability development – This would translate to the fact that the candidate should be able to work both with the business partners and the technology teams very closely on a daily basis to assist in defining the capability and being involved throughout the build process.At least 6 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of ProcessesAt least 6 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deploymentAt least 6 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processAnalytical and Communication skillsPlanning and Co-ordination skillsExperience with project managementExperience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travelQualificationsBasic Qualifications :-Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 7 years of experience within the Information Technologies.Additional Information** U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S.
