SAP MDG ConsultantRole: SAP MDG Consultant Location: Onsite in Seattle, WA or Dallas, TX Job Type: Full time Salary: $140-$170K/Year + Bonus and BenefitsJob DescriptionCandidate will be responsible for leading the design, build, testing and deployment of changed or new business processes enabled by the SAP S/4 solutionsParticipate in business workshops with key stakeholders and drive results in line with the project planProvide business process solutions to meet clients’ business priorities and requirements within the context of industry leading practicesProvide contribution in project planning and execution according to objectives, specifications, schedules, and quality standardsDevelop implementation schedules, system implementation planning, and execution.Ensure project success criteria are metBuilds strong relationships with IT/business peers and management to best meet company goals and objectivesResponsible for assisting on defining, designing, governing and delivering solution to meet the client requirement working closely with the client and the other business process leadsProvide accurate estimates, timeline and ability to self-direct and mentor/manage teams and client.Lead business workshops with key stakeholders and derive outcomes.Mentor junior team members and be hands-on if requiredLeverage and build assets/accelerators and thought leadershipProvide solutions and model solutions based on client’s needs, priorities, and industry leading practicesCoordinate project timeline with her/his team(s) to ensure checkpoints and goals are met to the client’s satisfactionManage overall resource allocation and capacity planning for the projectReport project level status, metrics, issues and risks and manage overall completion and sign-off on project deliverablesLead and manage small teams conducting transformational projects, implementing business process improvements, or implementing ERP systems for our clientsConduct workshops (e.g. requirements gathering, solution architecting) with business managers. Work with client staff and end-users to determine the business and functional requirements for the system within an ERP solutionCreate detailed systems documentation, test scripts, and presentationsLeverage business and technical expertise to address technology architecture, blueprinting, data analysis, business modeling, technical design, application development, integration, and enablementConfigure the SAP system to meet the business requirementsProvide leadership and guidance to other analysts and client personnel assigned to the projectsCollaborate in scoping prospective engagements and developing proposalsQualifications:Experience with global S/4HANA business transformation program delivery as a Data Lead with proven track record and a deep understanding of business values of transformation programs/objectivesMust have previous professional experience with SAP S/4HANA with knowledge of master data elements in SAP, leading practices on the data migration and data governance approaches, and hands-on experiences working as a team member.Experience managing and implementing SAP MDG implementation with hands on experience establishing a governance/management framework for organizations.Proven ability to lead and speak of SAP Data approaches and lead workshops with clients and other business process leadsDemonstrates understanding of industry specific KPI’s and benefits of S/4HANA functionality to enable the businessAbility to speak business language and translate business requirements into technical spec.Working knowledge of SAP data elements (both master and transactional), data structures, industry leading data migration tools, and approaches and understanding of integration amongst various modulesAbility to self-direct and mentor/manage consulting and client team members.Ability to be hands on if required and mentor junior team membersExcellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationshipsDemonstrated experience in managing transformational initiatives.At least three (3) full life cycle implementations as an ERP Project Manager with multi-module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse)A minimum of eight (8) years prior transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experienceAt least three (3) years’ experience in proposal and business case developmentExperience managing 5 to 10 resourcesBachelor’s degree or equivalent requiredAbility to work in the country without current or future visa sponsorship
