In this role, you’ll oversee building and equipment maintenance, sanitation, safety programs, and third-party vendors while ensuring regulatory compliance and uptime. You will manage a team of technicians and supervisors, set KPIs, schedule and prioritize work orders, and coordinate with operations and transportation leaders to support a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
