Crusoe is seeking a Manager, Candidate Experience to lead Crusoe’s corporate, GTM and manufacturing hiring coordination. You’ll manage a global recruiting coordinators team, ensuring fast, accurate interview scheduling across time zones and panels.
You’ll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate bottlenecks, improve processes, and scale the candidate experience while maintaining high standards and compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role.
